When this local HVAC company first came to us in August 2024, they had a problem most business owners don't even know to look for: their website was set to no-index, meaning search engines couldn't see it at all. Starting From Zero — Literally
The no-index issue was the first thing we tackled, but it was only the beginning. With the site now visible to search engines, we conducted a full technical audit and keyword research to identify which services deserved dedicated pages. From August to December 2024, we published six new service pages, giving the business a real organic footprint for the first time.
At the same time, we launched a citation-building campaign to strengthen their local search authority, began managing their Google Business Profile with monthly posts, photos, and NAP consistency, and replaced generic stock images on their website with real photos of the team, a small change that makes a significant difference in how both search engines and potential customers perceive a local business.
Bimonthly website sweeps kept everything running cleanly as the site grew, and a consistent monthly blog schedule kept fresh, relevant content flowing throughout the campaign.

One thing that stood out from the start was how well regarded this company already was offline. Over 240 five-star reviews on their Google Business Profile, dozens of recommendations on Nextdoor, a feature on the local Chamber of Commerce website, and a growing TikTok presence with over 1,600 followers. This was a business their community genuinely trusted. Our job was simply to make sure the right people could find them online.

Organic keyword rankings grew from just 10 keywords to 185 in 10 months, a 1,750% increase in search visibility. Google Business Profile website clicks are up 122% over the last three months compared to the previous period, and the profile generated 144 calls between February and July alone.
But the number that tells the clearest story? Form submissions are up 612%, from 8 to 57. That's real leads, from real people, who found this business through organic search and chose to reach out.
